GPTeamNet Pricing

GPTeamNet is charged as an annual fee, which is dependent on the size of your practice and the modules you have chosen (you must have the core module but others are optional). There is no other installation or license charge.

The annual fee covers:

  • Use of the software
  • Any number of users within your practice (including use off-site or at other branch sites)
  • Access to your private subdomain (like "MyPractice.gpteamnet.com")
  • Telephone and email support
  • Upgrades and enhancements to the core or any selected modules, as we release them
  • Any changes necessary to meet browser changes or variations (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome)
  • Backup management for disaster recovery (unless self-hosted)
  • Updates to relevant external information, such as changed QOF requirements
  • Access to any additional services at a single day rate

Our inclusive service fees are based on list and population sizes and the specific modules you need.
You can use our contact page to ask for an estimate specific to your practice or group.

As a guide a practice of 5,000 patients starts from as low as £375 per year, and a practice of 10,000 patients starts from £625 per year. There is no additional set up or support fee.
