QOF Module
In addition to the huge range of efficiency savings provided by the core system, the optional QOF module helps reduce the burden of collecting and presenting your evidence. The traffic light display clearly shows your progress against targets.
Your PAS probably caters for your clinical indicators - GPTeamNet covers the Organisational Domain indicators. The QOF module is designed to complement your PAS functionality, not compete with it.
Once your evidence is complete, GPTeamNet generates a single submission document, embedding both attached documents and evidence drawn from other areas of the system.
Unlike standalone solutions the GPTeamNet QOF module uses information already captured and shared for other purposes. From QOF significant meetings in the practice diary to CPR training status in the training register, GPTeamNet re-uses and organises information wherever possible.
By integrating existing information in the core system (documents, diary entries, significant events and so on), GPTeamNet removes duplication of documentation and effort. You can link to documents held in your GPTeamNet library against multiple requirements without having to save an additional copy of the document outside of the GPTeamNet solution. One “master copy” of any document means less time searching and checking versions.
Summary
With the QOF module you can:
- Seamlessly integrate with the wider GPTeamNet functionality, not just documents but training, Hep B status, diary items and more.
- Remove the need for duplication of policies and other documentation or keeping a “QOF folder”.
- Clear status, visible to the whole team, as to where you stand against the QOF Organisational Domain Indicators.
- Share the workload within your team so you can be more proactive without placing demands on your and your colleagues time.
- Automatically generate your submission document with all supporting evidence embedded and available in one click.
- You’re always up to date. GPTeamNet guarantees to update the QOF framework when new revisions are released.
- Roll over and then update your evidence in subsequent years. There’s no need to start from scratch, but you will still be able to review and update your documents.
